Keynote Speakers
The MSA is excited to welcome the following keynote speakers to Rapid-Tech MSA2025.

Dr. Olthoff is NIST’s first Chief Metrologist, and as such serves as the primary representative both nationally and internationally of NIST’s role as the national metrology institute of the United States. He also works with NIST leadership to ensure that NIST’s core measurement capabilities remain amongst the best in the world.

Jennifer Evans is CEO of the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA), a position she has held since May 2011.
She is currently Chair of the Asia-Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC), a member of APAC’s MRA Management Committee, Member of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) Arrangement Management Committee, and a member of the ILAC Executive Committee. She is also a Lead Evaluator for ILAC/APAC evaluations of accreditation bodies for signatory status in Mutual Recognition Agreements.

Eduardo Trifoni | National Space Test Facility
Eduardo Trifoni is the Director of the Space Test Program and Head of the National Space Test Facility, the largest space testing infrastructure in Australasia. He has had a significant impact on space programs of four continents, contributing to the experimental development of many space vehicles capable of operating in Low Earth Orbit and withstanding the hypersonic entry phase, including nineteen spacecraft successfully sent into orbit in the last four years.
